Garlic In

The lean and green edition of videos show recipes offering low fat and low carbs. However, they are great in taste and flavor. Stacey shows here the method of infusing lots of garlic into the steak.
Ingredients
  Flank steak 1 3⁄4 Pound
  Balsamic condiment 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Dash
  Ground pepper To Taste
  Roasted garlic oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic gusto seasoning 2 Tablespoon
  Southwestern seasoning 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In a gallon sized zipper bag, combine cider vinegar, balsamic condimenti, garlic oil, sea salt, pepper, garlic gusto seasoning, and southwestern seasoning.
Shake well.
Add flank steak to the bag.
Punch out the air, close the zipper bag.
Fold it over.
Put in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
Cook over low and slow heat on a grill for 35-40 minutes.
