|Flank steak||1 3⁄4 Pound|
|Balsamic condiment||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cider vinegar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ground pepper||To Taste|
|Roasted garlic oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic gusto seasoning||2 Tablespoon|
|Southwestern seasoning||2 Tablespoon|
In a gallon sized zipper bag, combine cider vinegar, balsamic condimenti, garlic oil, sea salt, pepper, garlic gusto seasoning, and southwestern seasoning.
Add flank steak to the bag.
Punch out the air, close the zipper bag.
Fold it over.
Put in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
Cook over low and slow heat on a grill for 35-40 minutes.
