Steak On A Stick
|Lean beef boneless steak||2 Pound|
|Canned light beer||12 Ounce|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Seasoned salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Trim excess fat from steak, and cut steak into 1-inch cubes.
Place cubes in a 12- x 8- x 2-inch baking dish; set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well; pour over steak cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove steak from marinade, reserving marinade; thread onto 8 short skewers.
Grill 5 inches over medium coals 14 minutes or until done, Turning once; baste often with marinade.
