Marinade For Flank Steak

Ingredients
  Salad oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 1 Dash
  Dry mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), split
Directions

Place all ingredients in jar; cover.
Shake well; remove garlic.
Pour marinade over flank steak; refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Broil flank steak to desired done- ness.
Reserve marinade for future use.
