|Fresh oysters||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped mushrooms||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh parsley||2 Teaspoon|
|Crumbled blue cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sauterne/Dry white wine||2 Tablespoon|
|Boneless sirloin strip steak||1⁄4 Pound|
Saute oysters, mushrooms, and pars ley in butter until mushrooms are tender; drain.
Stir in bacon, cheese, and Sauterne; set aside.
Make pocket in side of steak.
Stuff pocket with oyster mixture; secure with wooden picks.
Broil steaks about 6 inches from heat 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
