Steak Crisps With Holiday Tapenade

Tender strip loin steak is broiled and placed on a Holiday Baguette Crisp with Tapenade. An elegant and easy appetizer.
Ingredients
  Steak strip 2 Pound
  Regular salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Green bell pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Herbes de provence 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Holiday baguette crisp 200 Gram (12 piece)
  Tapenade 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Bring steak to room temperature.
2. Apply salt, garlic powder, pepper, and herbes de provence on it.
3. Pop it in oven and broil for 3-4 minutes per side, or until done as per your choice.
4. Take it out of the oven, and allow it to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

FINALIZING
5. Ladle ½ teaspoon of tapenade on each baguette crisps.

SERVING
6. Top the crostinis with steak slice, and serve with a glass of wine.

I AM A HUGE FAN OF THE KITCHEN WITCH AND FIND HER DISHES COMPELLING AND TEMPTING. THIS STEAK CRISP W/ HOLIDAY TAPENADE SOUNDS DELISH AND SEEMS 2 B EASY 2 PUT 2GETHER AS R MOST OF LYNDSAY'S DISHES. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT ALL FOODIES TRY ANYTHING THAT SHE SHARES WITH U ON THIS SIGHT. IT'S A WIN-WIN DEAL AND U'LL B GLAD U DID.
