1.In a large bowl, combine together olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, Cajun seasoning, lime juice, horseradish, Dijon mustard, and parsley. Whisk and bring them together.
2.In a zip pouch put the steak, and pour marinade in it. Seal, and mix it well. Place the marinade in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3.Discard the marinade and grill steak to your choice.
4.Remove steak from grill and allow it to rest for about 10 minutes.
5.Serve steak hot with salad and a glass of wine.
