1. In a plate, place the steak and season with pepper flakes, salt, pepper and sesame oil on both the sides.
2. Wearing gloves, massage the steak, to coat the steak on both the sides, with oil and seasoning.
3. On the hot grill pan, place the steak and grill until it reaches desired doneness, flip once to cook the other side.
4. Place the steak on serving plate and top with a dollop of khimchi butter.
5. Serve hot as desired.
To make Kimchi butter, add together 1 tablespoon of chopped Kimchi with 1 tablespoon of butter.
