Steak Fajitas

In this episode, we're making steak fajitas with some great organic beef from Hoven Farms. It's so easy to do, so let's get cooking!
  Steak 4 Medium
  Kosher salt 1 Teaspoon (For seasoning the steak)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon (For seasoning the steak)
  Bell peppers 3 Medium, cut into strips 2 inches long (Assorted bell peppers used)
  Red onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Oil 2 Tablespoon (For frying)

1. Grill the steaks and season it with some kosher salt and olive oil.
2. Take a skillet and heat it up on medium high with a couple of tablespoons of oil and cook the bell peppers and onions till they are tender.
3. Once the steak is done cut it into thin strips.

4. Serve with freshly made tortillas and the cooked vegetables.
