1 Teaspoon (For seasoning the steak)
1 Tablespoon (For seasoning the steak)
3 Medium, cut into strips 2 inches long (Assorted bell peppers used)
1 Medium, chopped
2 Tablespoon (For frying)
1. Grill the steaks and season it with some kosher salt and olive oil.
2. Take a skillet and heat it up on medium high with a couple of tablespoons of oil and cook the bell peppers and onions till they are tender.
3. Once the steak is done cut it into thin strips.
4. Serve with freshly made tortillas and the cooked vegetables.
