Steak And Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients
  Boneless round steak 1 Pound
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Thinly sliced green onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut into 1-inch squares
  Sweet red pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut into 1-inch squares
  Celery stalks 2 , chopped
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, cut into wedges
  Hot cooked rice 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by partially freezing the steak, also slice diagonally across the grain into 2- x 1/4 inch strips

MAKING
2. In a shallow container, combine next 3 ingredeints, mix well and add steak to it
3. In a large skillet, heat oil and add steak and soy sauce mixture, and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes, till the meat is browned completely
4. Now stir in onions, pepper, and, celery, and cook for about 5 minutes, make sure that you stir constantly till vegetables are crisp tender
5. Now remove the meat and vegetables from the skillet and set aside
6. Combine the cornstarch and water, keep stirring until the cornstarch dissolves
7. In a skillet, add the cornstarch mixture with the liquid, cook and keep stirring constantly, till smooth and gets thickened
8. In a skillet, add the meat once again along with cooked vegetables, and tomato wedges, make sure that you stir well to coat

SERVING
9. Serve over rice
