Garlic Steak

Ingredients
  Boneless round steak 2 Pound, about 1 inch thick
  All-purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 2 Medium, sliced
  Chopped parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 8 Clove (40 gm), crushed
  Chicken broth 21 1⁄2 Ounce, undiluted (2 Can, 10 3/4 Ounce Each)
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hot cooked noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Start by dredging steak in flour, and pounding steak to 1/2 inch thickness
2. In a Dutch oven, place the steaks in hot oil and cook till browned, remove and set it aside
3. Also add onions to pan drippings, and saute till tender
4. In a Dutch oven, place the steak and add remaining ingredients except noodles, cook and simmer for 90-120 minutes on low heat, till steak is tender

SERVING
5. Serve over noodles
