Charcoal Grilled Steak with Chirmol Rice and Salad

Ingredients
For chirmol
  Tomatoes 4 , peeled chopped finely
  Green peppers 2 , finely chopped
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Onions 2 , finely chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Thyme 1 Pinch
  Oregano 1 Pinch
  Cinnamon 1 Pinch
  Paprika 1 Pinch
  Bay leaf 1
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Water 3 Tablespoon
  Beef steak 28 Ounce, grilled and kept warm (4, 7 Ounce Each)
  Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a non-stick pan, heat oil and saute tomatoes and peppers.
2) Stir in the onions, garlic, herbs, bay leaf Worcestershire sauce and salt.
3) Cook the onion mixture for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
4) Stir in the water to dilute to taste.

SERVING
5) Serve the beef and chirmol with boiled rice.
