Peppered Steak

Ingredients
  T-bone steak 1 , cut 1 1/2 inches thick
  Black pepper 2 Teaspoon, coarse grind or cracked
  Garlic salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Msg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Arrange steak on grill and sear each side.
2) In a small bowl mix remaining ingredients.
3) Sprinkle one half of the pepper mixture over each side of steak.
4) Press firmly with spatula.
5) Cook 4 to 5 inches from coals for 12 minutes on each side.

SERVING
6) Serve piping hot.
