Barbecued Flank Steak Platter

Ingredients
  Frozen french fried potatoes 27 Ounce (3 Packages, 9 Ounce Each)
  Fried onion rings 12 Ounce, frozen (3 Packages, 4 Ounce Each)
  Flank steak 2 Pound
  Hickory smoke barbecue sauce 18 Ounce (1 Bottle, 1 Pound 2 Ounce)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a shallow roasting pan, combine potatoes with onion rings.
2 Broil, 5 inches from heat,for 10 minutes.
3 Meanwhile, with damp paper towels, wipe flank steak thoroughly.
4 Stir and turn potatoes and onions; drizzle with half the barbecue sauce.
5 Top with flank steak.
6 Any potatoes and onions not covered by steak. cover with foil
7 Broil for 8 minutes, brushing steak once with barbecue sauce.
8 Turn the steak over; and brush with sauce.
9 Broil for another 8 minutes, brushing once with the remaining sauce.

SERVING
10 Serve hot.
