Steak in Bourbon Marinade
|Parsley||2 Teaspoon (Or As Required)|
|Onions||2 , thinly sliced|
|Carrot||1 , thinly sliced|
|Shallots||2 , minced|
|Top sirloin||1 Large (Thick Slice)|
|Bourbon||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1) Preheat the broiler.
2) In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together, except the steak, mix thoroughly.
3) Marinate the steak in this mixture for minimum 3 hours, turning frequently.
4) Place the steak under a preheated broiler and broil or barbecue the steak, until done.
5) Slice the steak thinly on the diagonal, garnish with parsely and serve the Steak in Bourbon Marinade, immediately on a serving platter.
