Grilled Steak And Pepper Sandwiches
|Beef top round steak||1 Pound|
|Steak sauce||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Bell peppers||2 , sliced (1 Red And 1 Green)|
|Hard rolls||4 Large, split and grilled|
|Thinly sliced mozzarella cheese||4 Ounce|
Place steak in nonmetal dish; coat with 1/4 cup steak sauce.
Cover; chill 1 hour, turning occasionally.
In medium skillet, over medium heat, cook and stir peppers in remaining steak sauce until tender-crisp, about 10 minutes; keep warm.
Remove steak from marinade.
Grill over medium heat for 6 minutes on each side or until done.
Thinly slice steak; arrange on roll bottoms.
Top each with warm pepper sauce, cheese slice and roll top; serve immediately.
