|Minced shallots||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Boneless beef club/Strip steaks||2 (About 1/2 Inch Thick)|
|Steak sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Minced parsley||1 Tablespoon|
In large skillet, over medium heat, saute shallots in 1 tablespoon margarine until tender, about 5 minutes.
Increase heat to high; add remaining margarine to skillet.
Add steaks; brown on both sides, about 2 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium; stir in steak sauce, capers and garlic.
Simmer 2 minutes; add parsley.
