Green Pepper Steak

Ingredients
  Sliced beef rump 3 Pound
  Green peppers 3 , sliced
  Onions 3 , sliced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Mushrooms 9 Large, sliced
  Tomatoes 3 , quartered
  Tomato puree 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Red burgundy 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

Make green pepper sauce: Saute green peppers, onions, garlic, mushrooms and tomatoes in 1/2 cup butter 5 minutes.
Add tomato puree.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Salt and pepper meat.
Dip in flour.
Saute in remaining butter 2 minutes.
Add sauce.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Stir frequently.
Add wine.
Simmer 3 minutes.
