Grilled Steak Au Poivre
|Steak sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Beef sirloin steak||1 1⁄2 Pound (3/4 Inch Thick)|
|Cracked black pepper||2 Teaspoon|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Using 2 tablespoons steak sauce, brush both sides of steak; sprinkle 1 teaspoon pepper on each side, pressing into steak.
In medium saucepan, over medium heat, combine remaining steak sauce, sour cream and ketchup.
Cook and stir over low heat until heated through (do not boil); keep warm.
Grill steak over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side or until done.
Serve steak with warm sauce.
