Cheese Steak Heros
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Onions||2 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Steaks||8 (Frozen, Philly-Style, Sandwich)|
|Cheese slices||8 Ounce (8 Packages)|
|Sub roll||4 , split (4 Rolls, 7-Inch, Soft)|
|Salad greens||3 Cup (48 tbs), washed|
|Red wine vinaigrette||2 Tablespoon (Bottled)|
1. Heat oven to 200°F. In a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add onions and cook, stirring, 3 minutes. Add 1/4 cup water and cook until onions are soft and golden, 2 minutes longer. Transfer to a bowl.
2. Add 2 steaks to the same pan, cook 1 minute, flip, then cover each with 1 slice of cheese. Stack slices, transfer to a roll, and cover with one-fourth of the onions. Place on a baking sheet and transfer to the oven to keep warm. Repeat with remaining steaks, cheese slices, and rolls.
3. In a medium bowl, toss greens with vinaigrette. Divide greens evenly among sandwiches and serve immediately.
