Dijon Flank Steak

Ingredients
  Flank steak 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vidalia 1 , thinly sliced
  Non fat cooking spray 1
Directions

MAKING
1.Cut off excess fat from the steak.
2. Take a glass pan and place steak in glass pan.
3.Take a small bowl and add in vinegar, mustard, pepper and salt. Mix well.
4. Pour over the steak.
5.Cover and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
6.Coat grill with nonfat cooking spray.
7. Preheat grill for 5 minutes.
8. Place steaks in the grill and grill for 4 minutes.
9.Add in sliced onions and grill for another 3 to 4 minutes.

SERVING
10. Cut steak across the grain.
11. Top with onions and serve warm.
