Spicy Pepper Steak

Ingredients
  Bottom round steak 1 Pound
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Green pepper 1 , seeded, sliced into thin rings
  Red peppers 1 , seeded and sliced into thin rings
  Onion 1 , sliced into thin rings
  Nonfat cooking spray 1
Directions

MAKING
1.Use the nonfat cooking spray to coat the grill.
2.Preheat the grill for 5 minutes.
3. Slice away visible fat from the steaks.
4.Cut diagonally across the grain and make thin slices.
5. Sprinkle steak slices with salt, pepper, onion slices, cayenne pepper and place in the grill.
6. Grill for about 3 to 5 minutes until the vegetables become crisp yet tender.

SERVING
7.Serve warm.
