Pepper Crust Steak
|Flank steak||1 Pound|
|Black pepper||2 Tablespoon, coarsely ground|
|Seasoned salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon, finely minced|
|Non fat cooking spray||1|
1.Slice away excess fat from the steaks.
2..Take a small bowl, and mix t pepper , garlic powder, parsley and salt.
3. Coat grill with nonfat cooking spray.
4.Preheat grill for 5 minutes.
5.Grill steaks for 7 to8 minutes or longer if so desired..
7. Serve steaks hot after slicing them thinly across the grain.
