|Steak||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into strips (Chuck Or Round)|
|Flour||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Large, peeled, sliced|
|Green pepper||1 Large, seeded, sliced|
|Canned tomatoes||1 Pound (1 Can)|
|Canned mushrooms||4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Frozen string beans||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Cooked rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1) In a slow cooker, add the steak strips, flour, salt and pepper together and stir well to coat the steak.
2) Add rest of the ingredients, except rice into the slow cooker.
3) Cover and cook for 1 hour on HIGH then cook for 8 hours on LOW. Alternately cook only on HIGH for 5 hours.
4) Serve immediately over a bed of cooked rice on individual serving plates.
