|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|

Melt the butter in a large frying pan with the oil.
Add the onion and fry gently for about 5 minutes, until the onion just begins to colour.
Rub the steaks well with freshly ground black pepper and place in the pan.
Fry quickly for about 2 minutes on each side (longer if you like your steak well done).
Add the parsley and some salt.
Pour the whiskey into a heated spoon, set alight and pour over the steaks.
After the flames die down, turn the steaks and cook for another 30 seconds.
Serve the steaks with the pan juices poured over.
