Savory Swiss Steak

Ingredients
  Diet margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Boneless round steak 2 Pound, trimmed of fat
  Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chopped onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned stewed tomatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a nonstick skillet melt margarine over moderate heat.
2) Place steak on the pan.
3) Sprinkle garlic salt and pepper on it.
4) Cook on high heat to brown meat rapidly.
5) Decrease heat and pour off fat accumulated in the pan.
6) Stir in onions, tomatoes, and celery to the meat and cover the skillet.
7) Simmer for sometime over very low heat for 1 1/2 hours.

SERVING
8) Serve hot.
