1. Trim the gammon steak and soak in cold water or milk for 1 hour. Drain and pat them dry.
2. In a grill pan, arrange the steaks. Mix all the ingredients to glaze the meat in a cup. Brush over the meat.
3. Place under a grill for about 10 minutes either side at least 3 inches from the heat. Turn once. Keepn glazing the meat with the mustard glaze.
4. Once done, slice and serve with green beans, grilled mushrooms, and piped or creamed potato.
