Fried Abalone

Ingredients
  Abalone steaks 1⁄2 Pound (as needed)
  Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For deep frying)
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Breadcrumb 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (more or less as needed)
  Salt and pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Slice abalone steak into 3/16- inch thick pieces.
2. Pound the steaks to tenderize the meat.

MAKING
3. Dip steaks into beaten egg and dredge with bread crumbs.
4. Fry over medium high heat in oil until golden brown.
5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

SERVING
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
