Ingredients
  Diet margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Lean round steak 1 1⁄2 Pound, trimmed of fat and cut in 6 pieces (1/2 Inch Thick)
  White onions 12 Small
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Unsweetened pineapple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 325°

MAKING
2) In a nonstick skillet melt diet margarine over low heat.
3) Stir in steak and onions and sauté till brown.
4) Pour the content in a roasting pan.
5) Add in a bowl salt, pepper, allspice, pineapple juice, vinegar and tomatoes.
6) Pour the mixture over meat and onions.
7) Put in the roasting pan and roast uncovered in a preheated oven for 1 1/4 hours.

SERVING
8) Serve hot.
