Salmon Steaks In White Wine

Ingredients
  Salmon steaks 4 (About 2 Cm. Thick)
  Seasoned flour 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 50 Gram
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Dry white wine 200 Milliliter (2 Dl)
  Bay leaves 2
  Celery seed 1 Pinch (Large Pinch)
  Lemon slices 3
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Coat the salmon steaks with seasoned flour.
Heat the butter and oil in a wide pan with lid and fry the steaks gently until golden on both sides, about 10 minutes.
Pour over the wine and add bay leaves and celery seed.
Cover the pan, and cook very gently, basting frequently for 15 to 20 minutes.
Dish the steaks, check the pan juices for seasoning and pour over.
Garnish with lemon slices dipped in chopped parsley.
