Broiled Flank Steak

Ingredients
  Instant coffee granules 1 Teaspoon
  Hot water 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried leaf tarragon 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Vermouth 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Flank steak 1 Pound, cut into 4 pieces
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a cup, dissolve coffee granules in hot water.
2) Combine remaining marinade ingredients.
3) In a shallow baking dish, place round steak.
4) Pour the marinade over steak, cover with a foil and refrigerate about 3 hours.

MAKING
5) Use a non-stick skillet to spray with vegetable cooking spray.
6) Heat skillet and pan broil the steak. Alternately, place on broiler pan and cook as deserved.
7) Dissolve cornstarch in marinade.
8) In a saucepan pour the marinade and heat until thickened.
9) Pour the mixture over cooked meat.

SERVING
10) Serve the steak and sauce on rice.
