|Rib steaks||1 Pound|
|Ginger||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Salad oil||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Green onion||1 , minced|
|Flank||1 1⁄2 Pound|
Place steaks on rack over glowing charcoal.
Broil for 9 minutes; turn.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper; broil for 9 minutes longer.
Place steaks, seasoned side down, on hot platter; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Spread with butter.
