Charcoal-Broiled Steak

Charcoal broiled steak, mildly seasoned and broiled this is a mouthwatering and truly irresistible dish. An anytime dish that would have you wanting more. Enjoy!!
Ingredients
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Rib steaks 1 Pound
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Ginger 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salad oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Green onion 1 , minced
  Flank 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Steak 1
  Savory 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Place steaks on rack over glowing charcoal.
Broil for 9 minutes; turn.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper; broil for 9 minutes longer.
Place steaks, seasoned side down, on hot platter; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Spread with butter.
