Full-Flavored Steak

An easy anytime full-flavored steak. If you love your food , then this is for you. This is one of my favorites and I do make it very often. A tried and tested formula that works every time.
Ingredients
  Brown sugar 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tarragon vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Rib steaks 3 Pound (1 ½ Inch Thick)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients to make the marinade
2) In a shallow dish place the steaks and then pour the sauce over to marinade for about 30 minutes basting frequently
3) On a hot grill, place the steaks and grill for about 6 minutes on each side brushing frequently with the marinade

SERVING
4) Serve immediately with some bread, boiled vegetables and a pasta salad
