Ingredients
  Burgundy 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Catsup 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Sirloin steak 1 Pound
  Marjoram 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mushrooms 12 Large
  Rosemary 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the broiler

MAKING
2. Mix Burgundy, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, oil, catsup, sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate, vinegar, marjoram and rosemary.
3. Cut beef into 2-inch cubes. Marinate steak cubes and mushrooms in wine mixture for 2 hours. Drain; reserve marinade.
4. Alternate beef cubes and mushrooms on skewers. Broil, turning on all sides; baste with remaining marinade frequently.

SERVING
5. Serve hot
