Wine And Herb Marinated Steak

Ingredients
  Burgundy 1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)
  Instant minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Thyme leaves 2 Teaspoon
  Instant minced garlic 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Round steak 3 Pound (2 1/2 inch thick)
  Brown gravy mix 7⁄8 Ounce
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a shallow dish, combine the oil, onion, thyme, garlic salt, and the pepper
2) Place the steak in the dish to marinate
3) Allow the meat to rest in the refrigerator for at least 18 hours
4) Drain the steak and reserve the marinade
5) Over hot coals, grill the steak for 15 -20 minutes on each side
6) Grill to desired doneness
7) In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and gravy mix in a saucepan
8) Bring the sauce to a boil and stir continually till slightly thick
9) Serve the steak with the sauce

SERVING
10) Garnish the steak with a peach half pierced with whole cloves and the sauce poured over.Serve warm
