Hot Pepper Steak

Ingredients
  Sirloin tip 1 Pound, cut in serving pieces (1/4 Inch Tip)
  Fat 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), halved
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Beef bouillon cube 1
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 1 Pound (1 Can Or 2 Cups)
  Green pepper 1 Large, thinly sliced in rings
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Brown meat slowly in hot fat (about 15 minutes) ; add onion and garlic last few minutes.
Season with salt, pepper.
Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water; add to meat.
Cover; simmer till almost tender, 20 to 25 minutes.
Add tomatoes and green pepper; cook 10 minutes longer.
Combine cornstarch, cold water, soy sauce; stir into meat mixture.
Bring to boiling; cook and stir 5 minutes longer.
Remove garlic.
Serve with hot noodles.
