|Boneless sirloin steak/Round steak / roast||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Golden mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Bay leaf||1 Medium|
|Frozen french cut green beans||10 Ounce|
Trim all fat off steak and cut up in small cubes.
Brown meat in shortening then drain off fat.
Add all ingredients except beans.
Cover and let cook 1 1/4 hour.
Remove bay leaf and chill overnight.
Combine meat and beans, cool until beans are done (slowly).
Serve over rice.
