Ingredients
  Boneless sirloin steak/Round steak / roast 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Shortening 2 Teaspoon
  Golden mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sherry 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Bay leaf 1 Medium
  Frozen french cut green beans 10 Ounce
Directions

Trim all fat off steak and cut up in small cubes.
Brown meat in shortening then drain off fat.
Add all ingredients except beans.
Cover and let cook 1 1/4 hour.
Remove bay leaf and chill overnight.
Combine meat and beans, cool until beans are done (slowly).
Serve over rice.
