|Beef rib eye steaks||4 (1/2 Inch Thick)|
|Butter/Margarine||4 Teaspoon, divided|
|Green onions||2 Teaspoon, finely chopped|
|Ground mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Minced fresh parsley||1 Teaspoon|
|Minced fresh chives||1 Teaspoon|
Sprinkle steaks with pepper and salt, in a skillet, melt half of butter.
Stir in onions and mustard; cook for 1 minute.
Add steaks and cook for 2 minutes on each side or until the meat reaches desired doneness., Remove to a serving platter and keep warm.
Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and remaining butter to skillet and cook for 2 minutes.
Add parsley and chives.
Pour over steaks.
