Ingredients
  Strip loin steaks 1 3⁄4 Kilogram (6 Pieces, 300 Gram Each, New York Style)
  Garlic granules 5 Milliliter
  Black pepper 10 Milliliter
  Cayenne pepper 3 Milliliter
  Oregano leaves 3 Milliliter
  Thyme leaves 3 Milliliter
  Crushed rosemary 3 Milliliter
  Basil leaves 3 Milliliter
  Onion powder 3 Milliliter
  Salt 3 Milliliter
Directions

Trim the steaks of fat and remove the strip of grizzle along the edge (prevents curling while cooking).
Blend the seasonings together and rub into steak.
Leave steaks for 30 minutes.
Cook over medium coals to desired doneness.
