Steak And Mushroom Crepes

Ingredients
  Safflower oil 45 Milliliter
  New york striploin steak 450 Gram, cut into strips
  Mushrooms 80 Gram, sliced
  Espagnole sauce 250 Milliliter
  Crepes 12 (Crepe Batter)
Directions

Heat the oil in a large skillet.
Quickly fry the steak and mushrooms.
Add the espagnole sauce, reduce the heat and simmer for 5-8 minutes.
Spoon mixture evenly into crepes, roll and serve at once.
