Broiled Deer Steak

Ingredients
  Safflower oil 250 Milliliter
  Garlic vinegar 60 Milliliter
  Lemon juice 30 Milliliter
  Minced onion 30 Milliliter
  Minced garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Salt 5 Milliliter
  Marjoram 5 Milliliter
  Basil 5 Milliliter
  Thyme 5 Milliliter
  Cracked black pepper 3 Milliliter
  Venison steak 1350 Gram (6 Steaks, 225 Grams Each)
Directions

Blend all the ingredients except the steaks together.
Place the steaks in a large shallow baking pan, pour the marinade over the steaks, marinate 4-6 hours covered and refrigerated.
Broil the steaks on a charbroiler over medium coals or flame to desired doneness.
