Fruit Veal Steaks
|Veal steaks||1020 Gram (6 Steaks, 170 Grams Each)|
|Olive oil||30 Milliliter|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Milliliter|
|Lemon zest||15 Milliliter|
|Orange zest||15 Milliliter|
|Sliced strawberries||250 Milliliter (Fresh)|
|Sliced peaches||250 Milliliter (Fresh)|
|Blueberries||250 Milliliter (Fresh)|
|Lemon juice||10 Milliliter|
Trim the steaks of any excess fat.
Brush with oil and sprinkle with basil.
Grill over medium coals to desired doneness.
Combine the sugar, water, cinnamon, cloves and fruit zest together in a small sauce pan, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer into a thick syrup.
In a mixing bowl combine the remaining ingredients, add the syrup and spoon over the steaks and serve.
