Steak Au Poivre Dinner

Ingredients
  Baking potato 1 Medium
  Salt To Taste
  Browning sauce 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Beef tenderloin slices 3 Ounce (3/4 Inch Thick)
  Peppercorns 1⁄8 Teaspoon, crushed
  French style green beans 4 Ounce, drained (Half 8 Ounce Can)
  Sesame seed 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Dash
  Margarine/Butter 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Dampen potato[es]; sprinkle with salt.
Prick with fork to allow steam to escape.
Place potato[es] on 7 1/2" plate [two 7 1/2" plates].
Microwave uncovered on high (550 watts) until almost tender, 3 to 3 1/2 min [6 to 7 min].
Brush browning sauce over both sides of beef tenderloin; press peppercorns into both sides.
Place on plate[s] next to potato[es]; turn potato[es] over.
Place beans on plate[s]; sprinkle with sesame seed and garlic powder.
Dot with margarine.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on medium (275 watts) until meat thermometer inserted horizontally in beef registers 135° 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 min [7 to 9 1/2 min].
Top potatofes] with seasoned sour cream and snipped chives if desired.
