Hot Pepper Steak
|Cracked black pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Lean sirloin steak||2 Pound (Cut 1 1/2 Inch Thick)|
|Cooking oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Vegetable)|
|Consomme||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Press cracked pepper into both sides of steak.
Brown both sides quickly in hot oil.
Lower heat and cook to desired doneness.
Remove steak to warm platter, keep warm.
Pour off excess oil.
Stir in consomme, the Worcestershire and the parsley.
Heat and serve over steak.
Makes 5 servings.
