Oven Round Steak Dinner

Ingredients
  Round steak 2 Pound, cut into serving pieces (1 Inch Thick)
  Onions 6 Medium, sliced
  Fat 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Potatoes 3 Large, halved
  Bay leaf 1
  Condensed tomato soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Canned french cut green beans 1 Pound, drained (1 Can / 2 Cups)
Directions

Season meat with 2 teaspoons salt and dash pepper.
Roll in flour.
Cook onions in hot fat till tender but not brown; remove onions and brown meat slowly on both sides.
Place meat in 3-quart casserole; add onions, potatoes, and bay leaf; pour soup over.
Cover; bake at 350° 1 hour and 45 minutes or till meat is tender.
Add beans; cook 10 to 15 minutes more.
