Ingredients
  Minute steaks 4 (1/4 Inch Thick)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Bearnaise Sauce 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
Directions

Preheat the broiler to high.
Brush the steaks with oil and cook for 1 minute on each side.
Transfer them to a warm dish, pour over the pan juices, season and serve at once with the bearnaise sauce.
