|Minute steaks||4 (1/4 Inch Thick)|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Bearnaise Sauce||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
Preheat the broiler to high.
Brush the steaks with oil and cook for 1 minute on each side.
Transfer them to a warm dish, pour over the pan juices, season and serve at once with the bearnaise sauce.
