Skewered Steak and Mushrooms
|Burgundy wine/Claret wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Salad oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Monosodium glutamate||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sirloin steak||1 Pound|
|Fresh mushrooms||12 Large|
1.Wash the mushrooms.
2.In a large bowl, put wine and add Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salad oil, catsup and seasoning.
4.Chop the meat in squares measuring 2 inch.
5.Combine mushroom and meat in a bowl and pour the sauce prepared on it.
6..Let the mushrooms and meat stay in the sauce for 2 hours.
7.Once done, place the pieces on the skewer and grill from all sides by applying the sauce in between.
8.Serve hot with dips.
