Caper Steaks

Ingredients
  Minute steaks 12 Ounce (Two 6 Ounce Each)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 5 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped capers 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped mixed herbs 2 Teaspoon (Parsley, Chives)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Parsley sprigs 2
Directions

Pound the meat with a mallet to tenderize it.
Melt the butter in a frying pan.
Add the steaks and brown quickly on both sides.
Remove from the pan.
Add the sour cream, mustard, capers, herbs and salt and pepper to the fat in the pan.
Stir well and bring this sauce to the boil.
Replace the steaks in the pan and spoon the sauce over.
Cook for 5-7 minutes longer (for rare steaks) or until the meat is cooked as you like it.
Transfer the steaks to a warmed serving dish and cover with the sauce.
Garnish with the parsley and serve hot with mixed vegetables and boiled potatoes.
