Spiced Flank Steak

Ingredients
  Chili powder 4 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried coriander 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flank steak 2 Pound (1 Steak Of 1 Kilogram)
Directions

Combine chili powder, thyme, oregano, coriander, cumin, pepper and salt; rub over steak.
Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes or cover and refrigerate for up to 8 hours.
Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before grilling.
Place steak on greased grill over medium-high heat; cover and cook for 5 minutes per side for medium-rare or until desired doneness.
Transfer to platter; tent with foil and let stand for 5 minutes.
Slice thinly across the grain.
