Gammon Steak Hawaii

Ingredients
  Butter 50 Gram
  Soft brown sugar 50 Gram
  Red wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Smoked gammon/Bacon steaks 4 (1 Centimeter Thick)
  Bananas 2
  Watercress 2
Directions

Put the butter, sugar and vinegar into a large frying pan and put it over a low heat until the sugar has dissolved and the butter melted, stirring with a slice.
Add the steaks to the pan and cook gently for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Meanwhile peel the bananas and using a small sharp knife cut them into 2 cm thick slices.
Using a slice lift the steaks from the pan on to a warm serving dish and keep warm in a very low oven.
Add the bananas to the pan and cook for 2 minutes, turning over with the slice.
Add the bananas to the steak and any remaining sauce from the pan.
Arrange watercress around the dish and serve straightaway.
