Piquant Grilled Steaks

Ingredients
  Beef t bone steaks 1 Kilogram
For marinade
  Light soy sauce 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Oyster sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Hoisin sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Dry sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Combine steaks and marinade in large bowl. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
2. Drain steaks; reserve marinade. Cook steaks on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until cooked as desired, brushing with reserved marinade during cooking.
3. Serve with roast pumpkin and sugar snap peas, if desired.
